A defined buyer-side role
RiderTri Desk procurement role and working method
We preserve the buyer's adult tricycle requirement through factory outreach, quotation normalization, evidence requests, and delivery-scope discussion. We do not replace the manufacturer, contracting buyer, inspection company, carrier, customs broker, regulator, or destination registration authority.

What we coordinate
We structure the procurement brief, identify candidate original manufacturers, request factory quotations, normalize offer lines, flag substitutions, and ask for configuration-specific specifications and commercial clarification.
When requested, the comparison can track sample steps, inspection questions, packing, and logistics handoff. Each third-party activity and cost boundary remains separately identified.
What remains separate
Manufacturing, product conformity, factory due diligence, contracting, payment, inspection findings, shipping performance, title, import, registration, insurance, tax, and destination operating approval remain with the relevant named parties.
A requested certificate, drawing, or test statement is not proof until it is received, tied to the quoted model and configuration, and accepted by the responsible evaluator.
Decision trace
Four controls that keep the sourcing record precise
- Scope
Open choices remain visible
If frame geometry, cargo body, seating, battery, motor, brake system, wheel size, budget, supplier preference, or Incoterm is undecided, it stays an explicit comparison item rather than becoming a silent assumption.
- Source
Reference fields are not supplier facts
Public pages may identify useful specification fields, but they do not prove RiderTri Desk inventory, access, certification, delivery capability, or the specification of a quoted tricycle.
- Binding
Evidence follows the exact proposal
Series brochures and company documents are recorded with limitations. The review asks which model, configuration, model year, power system, body form, and destination each document actually covers.
- Approval
Comparison is not the purchase decision
The buyer decides acceptable substitutions, verification depth, factory selection, contract terms, payment risk, inspection plan, and destination compliance path.
Accountability questions
Tricycle procurement crosses technical, commercial, logistics, and regulatory roles. Naming them prevents a sourcing conversation from becoming an unsupported assurance.
